The World is amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The only prevention to the pandemic is Vaccine. The Efficacy of COVID-19 Vaccine is an important factor to be considered. Antibodies save a large number of lives every year. Antibodies work via preparing constantly the body’s regular defense. The immune system perceives and fends off the infections and microbes they target. Efficacy of the COVID-19 Vaccine is the hot topic of discussion in intellectual medical communities of the world. After the vaccination, if that body is subsequently presented with those infections that are caused by pathogens, the body is quickly prepared to destroy them and prevent the illness.
The thing that make the vaccines credible is its efficacy against the infection in the future to the vaccinated individual. The COVID-19 vaccine, BioNTech was made available for Emergency-Use-Authorization (EUA) and approved on December 11, 2020. The vaccines are manufactured by Pfizer. The official name of the vaccines is BNT162b2. It is the mRNA antibody that codes for the spike proteins of the viruses. Once administered, the cell produces the spike protein. It showed 95% of efficacy.

3. AstraZeneca-University of Oxford

Russian Ministry of Health has registered the COVID-19 vaccine named “Gam-COVID-Vac” on August 11, 2020. Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology has developed this Sputnik V (Gam-COVID-Vac) vaccine. Russia has approved the use of this vaccine in September 2020. An authentic source has claimed the efficacy of the vaccine is 91.6.

6. Sinovac Biotech

The vaccine CanSino Biologics was co-developed along with the military of China. It has a 65.7% efficacy rate. That is based on an international analysis premier posted on Twitter on February 8, 2021, by Pakistani Health Advisor Dr. Faisal Sultan. With Russia, the ongoing trial is being planned to control if consumption of the second dose of vaccine of Russia Sputnik V along with CanSino would cause the better or same protection against the pandemic.
